7.1.2021 Update: Now that Senior Centers are opening in the valley, we have received the green light to start working with our local sites to try and open up our in-person classes again. Please be patient as we work with our 30+ site locations and our volunteers to try to relaunch our classes. All interested instructors will be required to complete the 8-hour certification to become a Young at Heart Fitness Instructor.
